Casino Bar was caught in the act of "cheating" on their blackjack software... not just once, but TWICE. Both times, there software did not reflect the true odds generated by actual games of chance. CRYSTAL PALACE- I'm not certain how Crystal Palace relates to Casino Heat, Casino Extreme, and the Ruby Dragon... what I do know is that I hear the name mentioned in the same breath with them quite a bit. I also hear from many players and a popular players advocate that they have quite an "attitude problem" and are not the most customer service oriented bunch of folk.

MEGA JACKPOT MANIA - I actually tried to promote these guys! They seemed professional and had a sharp site. But they don't answer their emails, don't answer their phones, and their software doesn't work right! Why would I send you to a place like that? I sent emails warning them that I would drop them if they couldn't simply answer me... they did not. Guess they have their priorities a little screwed up. Their site was "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" for a long long time after that. Perhaps they are working to correct these issues, but they still have not contacted me to this date. I say, avoid this casino.

GRAND BANKS CASINO, BLACK WIDOW CASINO, STERLING HOUSE, and LUCK -n- ROLL CASINOS - Grand Banks is the flagship site of the RichWebmaster group that began life with RealTimeGaming and morphed into a Playtech establishment. Rumbles and grumbling's from players and webmasters alike over the past year or so have many (including myself) speculating that there may be having financial trouble. There was, of course, the huge fiasco of the "high roller" bonuses at the Black Widow Casino back in 2002. In April 2004, I myself received emails from a player who stated he was owed over $2,000 in winnings from September 2003 I tried and tried to reach RichWebmaster via email and telephone before finally realizing that they just don't care to address this issue, OR to pay this player. As of June, 2004, RichWebmaster has never responded to my emails, never phoned me back, and never paid this player. Priorities... priorities...

PRISM CASINO - Another site I promoted years that was pulled due to poor customer service. They are supposed to be under new direction now, and I was contacted by one of their affiliate managers last year. Since that time, he left and was replaced by a well respected manager from the Casino Coins Group (who also tried to salvage the Grand Banks Group) to deal with their affiliates. She has also now left at this point. I don't know what's going on down there now... not that any of us should care.

GOLD KEY CASINO - This site was one of the first casinos I worked with in 2001... back when I was new to this industry. I noticed players writing to me with complaints about the service they received there. I asked these players about these "issues", and players stated they visited Gold Key Casino via my advertisement and had trouble cashing out. This was shocking not only because the cash out amount was so small ($200), but because Gold Key told me I had never referred a player! That player never received his cash, and I've never sent another player to them! ---- UPDATE: ---- After two years and a promise of "New Management", the brand new Gold Key Cash has opened. This new site seems dedicated to putting the past behind them and has recently been CERTIFIED by Casino Affiliate Programs. We look forward to seeing the new Gold Key Cash in action and REMOVING THEM from this page... although they do have some odd connection to the Windows Casino Group that we are unsure of... and Windows Casino is listed below.

WINDOWS CASINO, MAGIC OASIS, and PLAY & DEAL CASINO - Windows Casino is the largest RealTimeGaming casino on the net... and with good reason. For years they served the online gaming community with a high level of success. Late in 2002, they experienced several issues with players having difficulty withdrawing funds. I even "blacklisted" them for a while when these issues became severe. In late 2003 I sat down with the Windows Casino Manager, Tony Friedman, and two of his staff members, at the Las Vegas convention. They all expressed a sincere desire to get this casino back on track. Today, they are members of the APCW and making strides to deliver their original level of customer support. I haven't seen any negative publicity about Window or their sister sites, Magic Oasis and Play & Deal, for quite a while. I hope to have them fully redeemed and back on the main site someday soon.

GOLD BETTING, LADY DREAM, PLAYERS VEGAS, and their partners - I have heard horror stories about Gold Betting and it's sister sites (Lucky Dog, Grand Royale, Diamond Gal, and the ones listed above) for over a year now. There did have software issues with their Wager 21 program, which I believe was corrected. It is also true they violated some copyrights on a few of their games... I have investigated this group myself and tried to go by personal experiences, which I will share with you here: I sent this group of casinos thousands of visitors and hundreds of players during most of 2003... and I personally NEVER RECIEVED A COMPLAINT. NOT EVEN ONE. However, the ridicule of this group by other webmasters and several players (One of whom claims to be owed $3,000 that was never paid to her) cannot go without notice. Therefore, I no longer promote this group out of caution... although I will state again that I personally have received no player complaints.

ROMAN CASINO - Roman Casino was one of the first casinos I promoted here in late 2001/early 2002. I immediately noticed a HUGE difference between this site others I was doing business with: No emails answered... Player issues about withdrawals... Software not tracking properly...
